Omani's Story is going to Washington D.C. We will be attending the, "We The People Fest" July 17th - 19th 2009 at the Capitol and Upper Senate Park. Our quest is to stop the corruption in the Child Protection Agencies, and we will be apart of thousands of families putting pressure on our government to get the laws repealed. Our goal is to show our government that we will excercise our rights and protest the laws which govern these unconstitutional acts of child abduction, until they are changed. (SEE WASH. D.C. We will be attending the Washington D.C. rally with several advocacy groups which have our same goal in mind; which is to have the laws of the Child Protection Agency changed. The laws need to be changed because there is proven systemic corruption across the board. The news reports are littered with stories of abuse and corruption; judges, psychologists, and social workers have all been exposed for abusing children that come throughthe Child Protection Agency. For some children, their exposure to the foster care system is more tramatic than what C.P.S alleged the parent did. The system is designed in a way that gives too much discresionary power to the Child Protection Agency. Caseworkers and investigators are cloaked in immunity that protects them from being accountable for shoddy investigative techniques, intmidating parents through cohersions, civil rights violations and incentives of Title IV-E funds. The Child Protection Agency have the legal right to take your children, and parents are so overwhelmed they are not aware that their basic civil right are being violated.


They are stealing are children for profit through a funding called Title IV-E. Without children they get no funds. The foster care system is their biggest money maker. Thousands of children are lost in the foster care system because of the greed that Title IV-E funds produce. The Child Protection Agency did not encourage re-unification in my case, as well as, many other cases I have read. Parents do everything that the C.P.S. tells them to do, only to loose their children in the end. Please read the following story which sums up our common plight in protecting America's children from the corroption in the Child Protection Agency:

Was your child contacted by the authorities, questioned or photographed without your knowledge or consent?
Did CPS have your child remove his or her clothing without your knowledge or consent?
Was CPS contacted by an anonymous informant whose identity was not disclosed to you?
Was CPS contacted by a mandatory reporter (teacher, doctor, counselor,etc.) who may lose their job if they don’t report even the slightest suspicion of abuse?
Were you ordered by CPS to basically drop everything and show up at their office?
Did CPS inform you that any failure on your part to cooperate wouldresult in the removal of your children to foster care?
Did CPS tell you an innocent person does not need a lawyer?
Did CPS force you to sign a safety plan, requiring you to agree totheir terms without a court order, by threatening to take your child if you did not sign?
Did CPS enter your home or take pictures of your home without a search warrant?
Has CPS refused to provide you with their written reports, witness statements, a copy of a videotape made of your child and other documentation?
Did CPS have your child examined by a CPS nurse or doctor without you being allowed to be present?
Did CPS remove your child and place him / her in foster care even though the family has relatives and friends who could have taken the child?
Was the removal of your child done BEFORE CPS had the permission of a judge?
Did CPS mislead, exaggerated, made false statements, or outright lieto the judge?
Were you placed in front of a judge without an attorney to represent you?
Were you treated fairly in court or did the judge completely side with the prosecutors and CPS?Have you been court ordered to fulfill a service plan requiring you to:
A. Take a psychological evaluation;
B. Submit to drug testing and evaluation;
C. Attend parenting classes;
D. Attend counseling;
E. Attend battering or domestic violence or other counseling;
F. Admit and take responsibility for things you did not do?
Are you only allowed to see your child for a few hours a week with thevisits being monitored by CPS employees?
Are CPS and the judge unconcerned with your ability to attend all these classes and “services” and keep your job?
Has CPS “implied” that you must get a divorce if you want your children back?
Have you been told you will not get your child back for up to one year?
Is the state trying to limit or terminate your parental rights?
Many parents find themselves overwhelmed when contacted by CPS and forgood reason. CPS investigators and caseworkers are able to manipulateparents through fear and intimidation, making the innocent parentfeels helpless. CPS has the legal power to take children away fromtheir parents. Under these circumstances parents who are not aware ofthe underhanded nature, shoddy investigative techniques, and financialmotivations of CPS readily sign safety plans, service plans, allow CPS into their homes, submit to interviews, and essentially do anythingthe CPS investigator asks. The innocent parent naively believes thatby doing what CPS wants they will be left alone.The parent soon finds out they were wrong.--

Camp sites are $8.00 for senior citezens otherwise $16.00; each site can have 3 tents and 6 people. There are Rv sites as well. Nice playground for any children. Very nice place to enjoy nature and socialize. We advise all people to bring compact lawn chairs and umbrellas with out sharp ends due to Capitol Rules.
